What is Website hosting?

How much storage space do I need?
5GB covers 95% of the websites we host.
10GB covers 99.9% of the websites we host.
Additional storage space is available for a small extra monthly fee.
Why do I need website maintenance?
Like a car, websites need some routine work to make them working well. Instead of oil changes and new tire changes, your website will need regular updates, backups, and protection from security risks.
What's the difference between Updates and Support?
Updates are software updates like you regularly do on your phone. This keeps your website working well, but doesn’t change the content of your site.
Support is any additional work we do for a client, beyond updates. Often that includes changing the content (text, images) on a website, adding new sections to a webpage, or adding new functionality.
Why do you use autopay for website care plans?
Using autopay saves us time on billing and we like to pass that on to our clients. You can opt to skip autopay for a small extra monthly fee.
